Hi Sierra team, We attempted a Sierra update to the current version on one of our older machines. First, the installer warns that the Install-Folder is not the standard Program Files Folder. We have a German localization. Sierra is in an individual folder within our standard "Programme" folder. Second, after the installer is finished The new Sierra will not start and gives the error: "SierraChart.exe ist keine zulässige Win32-Anwendung" translation: ~ "SierraChart.exe is not a valid Win32-Application" Sierra will not start. We started to use a new Microsoft compiler and are having trouble with Windows XP support. We will probably have to create a custom build for this but it is not going to be frequently updated. EDIT: please disregard, just realised its version 1448 Thanks Hi I'm on linux and use a winXP virtual machine, it's small, lite and works well with SC. I tried 'upgrading' to 1488 but there's a problem not finding the path, see the log below.
