Connection with IB does not work

My computer today, just a few seconds before opening exchange hours, did something wrong (connection was lost). Since then I can not connect Sierra with Interactive Broker portal. Please, advice as soon as possible ..

From what we can tell in this Message Log you did not connect to the data feed. Connect with File >> Connect to Data Feed.
