I got the message today that you are not continuing renewals after 31 August but when I tried to renew it would not let me even though it is not yet the 31st. I've no idea what the difference is between 1 & 3 but everything I need is on package 1. Could you clarify?

You appear to have changed me to Package 3 and cut 9 days off the time remaining which I did not want. I would like to add additional usage time to Package 1 which the message said you can do until 31st August and I don't want a recurring auto renew monthly payment. Can you put it back to what it was.

We apologize for this. That was not the intent. We have set the usage time ending date on your account to the correct ending date. Package 1 is discontinued and it is not possible to add any more usage time at service package 1 to the account other than one month. We have increased the discount on your account so you pay the same price for service package 3 that you are paying for service package 1.
