So as far as I checked maximum days to load is 186 (half a year) so for me it is practically useless. If I would know I would not buy access, you should advertise this fact.

Is this a maximum from all your possible sources?

In response to post #4, what is this exact symbol you are asking about?

And also you are on the Sierra Chart service package 1 which does not provide historical data for some symbols. The package is considered discontinued. We can change your service package to 3.

There is historical Intraday data back to December 2007 for these symbols. You just need to follow through the step-by-step instructions here:

http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/HistoricalIntradayData.html#DownloadingViewingMoreHistoricalIntradayData

Make sure you do that.

Also the symbols do not contain a /. Example of correct symbol: EURUSD

Hello,
I am now getting data (the Chart Settings had reverted to Historical when they should have been Intraday; is that usual?).
However, it is still not pulling in my open positions (I trade with GAIN Capital).
Is that a server or settings issue inside SC and some change you/they made?
Any help would be appreciated.

No. You mean an Intraday chart changed to a Historical Daily chart?
