data streaming problem

I installed the latest sierrachart on windows 8.1 running in parallels on osx mountain lion and the data will not stream in realtime. only get historical downloads. if I click disconnect and connect real fast, I'll get the latest data for the moment-then it stops again. Possible solutions?

I have been using sierra charts realtime data feed with the the infinity futures platform for es futures for the last 5 years and pay a renewal fee online each month. I just switched all software to a new machine and no longer get the realtime data for es futures on the sierra charts.
