chartbook backup

Hello. Under general settings, I have checked auto chartbook backup, time is set at 15 minutes. However my new chartbooks are not in the backups folder. Is there another setting that I have missed? |

This is the time to automatically save the Chartbook. A backup copy is also made. So you should see it in the Backups folder. We verified that this does work.
