Can I use my Rithmic Paper Trading account with Sierra Charts? I don't see it on the dropdown list of data services, only Rithmic - 01, the main one. However, in a screenshot I saw somewhere on the board here discussing data services, I saw it listed... Thanks.

Yes this is supported. In Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings, when the Service is set to Rithmic, you will see "Paper Trading Server" in the list of servers.
