Hi, Im unclear on what "Server box" is referencing in Dat/Trade Service Settings. Is this Server Port?

This is referring to "Server" in the list on the left of the Data/Trade Service Settings window.

Yes, this is understood. I see "Server Address", "Server Port", which is the appropriate field?

I have set Edit >> Global Configuration >> API >> Settings >> Socket Port to 7497.

You need to set the Server in the Interactive Brokers settings in File >> Data/Trade Service Settings to 127.0.0.1:7497

You need to install another copy of Sierra Chart following the instructions here:

And set Sierra Chart to use Interactive Brokers:
