I am currently testing Velocity/TT data with my existing Sierra account and am having mixed results (mostly good) intraday charts. To focus on just one case, charts of Dec copper (HG-201312-CME) will only load two days of data. I have organized the screenshot (file submitted) to show the chart and related settings. You can tell by the lack of a horizontal scroll bar that there is nothing more to the left. This is just one example but most contracts are working just fine on intraday charts. Thanks in advance for your help.

That worked great for that particular contract. I was hoping the fix for one contract would fix the others as well, but the following products have the same or similar problems:

HG-201403-CME
HO-201403-CME
COFFEE C-MAY14-ICE_IPE

Before I make a decision on this combination of data and platform, can you tell me if this is a common problem with the Velocity/TT feed on Sierra? Does it happen more with a trial setup or does it carry over to live trading? I will be using a lot of back months for commodities.

Finally, rather than bother you with every instance, is there anything that I can do to resolve/avoid the problem?

I know you don't like "wordy" messages but I really appreciate your help.

We can solve this but we have to make sure the data is maintained for further out futures contracts.

We can do this for these 3 contracts you mentioned.

Historical data for these markets is being maintained now for contracts up to 12 months forward.
