I would like to sign up for the Two week Sierra Data Trial for $5 but it says on the Add Services Balance Credit page that the minimum payment is $10. Where do I pay for the Sierra Data Trial? Thanks for your help.

Yes that is true. The minimum payment is 10 USD but the remaining amount can also be used to pay for usage time at a future point in time.

I paid for the Two week Sierra Data Trial but can't figure out how to get Sierra Charts to connect to the data feed. It keeps saying "waiting to reconnect." Can you please explain what I need to do in order to connect to the data feed? I am specifically looking for NQ data. Thanks.

I do not have an account with Gain Capital/OEC or any other brokerage. I think I figured out what I was doing wrong but I am not getting real time data. I see the green DF:O ST:1 indicating I am connected now but how do I get real time NQ data? My chart for NQU6 is only showing data for today up until 7:35AM.

Do not connect direct to the Barchart Data Service. You need to set Global Settings>> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Data - All Services" We also need to activate the CME 42 USD exchange fee. There is no cost for this month.
