I am trying to simulate a specific date in the past. I can't seem to figure out how to get all my charts to sync so that when I go to, say, 5/26/2012, all the charts in that chartbook also go to that same time and date period. It's frustrating to have to load the same date on all my charts separately. I know there's an easier way but I can't seem to figure out chart linking and I hate the global cursor. What else can I do? Also, when I hit "replay chart" today, nothing has been happening. No window appears or anything.

You need to use the Chart Linking feature: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/WorkingWithCharts.html#ChartLinking You will need to use the Scroll Position linking option. To view the replay window select Window >> Reset Windows. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Thank you. I'm also having trouble where I select to have the MDI Chart tabs show on the bottom or top and they do not appear anywhere. The only one I can get to appear are the chartbooks but not the actual chart tabs. Is there a setting I need to change? I've made sure the boxes are selected under Global>>General Settings

There should be no trouble with this. We need to see an image of the main Sierra Chart window. Select Edit >> Screen Images >> Send Desktop Image to Support. Let us know here when that is done, otherwise that image is going to get ignored. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1470346161747.png It shows the chartbook but not the MDI Chart tabs. Per my settings, the MDI Chart tabs should be on the bottom just like the chartbook link is on the top but it's nowhere to be found. I've also attempted to change the settings to have the MDI Chart tabs on top but they don't appear there either. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-08-04 21:31:43

OK we understand now. The charts are detached so there are no tabs for detached charts.
