Hi, 1) is it possible for the display volume in bars input to have percentage of bid / ask volume? I am finding the customisation of this input to be very limited. Say if I want to see number of trades on bid vs ask this is not possible either. 2) is it possible to change the text colour? Please help |

1. We can add this but we need to understand 100% what the calculation method is. I am finding the customisation of this input to be very limited. Say if I want to see number of trades on bid vs ask this is not possible either. 2. Yes of course. 1. What I am asking here is to have a way to display bid â„… and askâ„… and possibly at the same time also showing either total volume or split bid ask volume E.g. 1000 | 55â„… bid | 45â„… ask Calculation is pretty simple Bid / bid + ask * 100 Ask / bid + ask * 100 Is this clear enough? With regards to your problem re memory on trade count .. I don't know what the problem is on this issue. Other system display this info such as bookmap Thanks |

We understand. This will be in the next release. The number of trades at the bid and ask per price level is not supported and would not be added. It is not something commonly asked for and generally there is little difference to the volume and volume is always going to be more consistent especially when trades can be combined and uncombined depending upon the data feed. Thanks for implementing this. I have a further suggestion based on this feature that would make it much better because currently it is adding too much clutter. My suggestion is to make the bid/ask dominance available with hot cold colours like you have with poc. For example the colder means more ask dominance, and the hotter means more bid dominance. Perhaps you can use the same colour settings you have for poc. Is this possible? Thank you I look forward to have something like this implemented |

We could do this for an additional charge. Cost would be 45 USD per hour. The time would be about an hour. There are no exceptions to this. 1) I can do this myself but didn't find the code for vbp. Can I do it myself? 2) will you make it available to everyone? 3) what if you update vbp.. will it be backwards compatible? Tnx |

Why do I have to pay you to improve your product and then make it available to everyone? I am not investing in your software to improve it for others! Even asking for money to add a feature is absurd. Why are we paying the monthly fees for? I am getting a feeling that this is the general approach that sierra charts are taking to improve the product and have confirmation from other users as well. Why can't the VbP study code be publicly available? |
