Hi I'm using a subinstance on same computer, seen at left in attached snap. Problem is the sub only places orders to the master instance when sub is in live mode and master is in sim mode, like in snap. If i switch the sub to live, and place order, i see this log GAIN Capital/OEC order update (Order reject). Info: Trade Account does not match Sierra Chart Trade Simulation setting. Internal Order ID: 2722. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: GGCQ6 | 2016-06-29 19:56:51 * |

This is not the reason for the problem but you are running a significantly older version. Update following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate In the newer versions, the particular Trade Account you are using is given. The problem is you are using a simulation Trade Account. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. No, you need to select the correct non-simulated Trade Account on the Trade Window.
