Based on our experience this does not work properly in the case of stock market depth data.

Futures market depth data from Interactive Brokers does work properly within Sierra Chart.

Select File >> Open Market Depth Window. Do you see all of the depth levels there?

Here is the problem 1. SC data lags IB's 2. because of this my entries ar at a disadvantage 3. for instance today SC's Data froze after i entered a trade ( having no idea whether the parameters had changed) for nearly 30 seconds 4. IBs data was still moving at that time 5. This am IBs data was not accurately displayed on SC Dom Trade window 6. thi ha ben en aproblem before 7. when i switch to low bandwidth I lose level II (dom) which i am paying a premium for so what I am asking is: If I forgoe SC's data package (with Level II) will i be able to display IBs level II data on the trade window DOM? Because this am the display was not evenly distributed from market once i swithced to IBs DOM level II |

1, 3. These are going to be due to your Internet connection. It is not due to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed itself. That makes no technical sense and we have no other users reporting a problem. While there is an extremely unlikely possibility there could have been an incident today, we are not aware of this and no one reported anything. And we would have to hear it from multiple users, which we have not, in order to confirm the origin of it. so what I am asking is: If I forgoe SC's data package (with Level II) will i be able to display IBs level II data on the trade window DOM?
You can completely disable the use of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed in Sierra Chart as explained here:Because this am the display was not evenly distributed from market once i swithced to IBs DOM level II https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Connections You are also running an older version of Sierra Chart, update following these instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate A small issue with Low Bandwidth mode was fixed where after disabling it, the change does not go into effect until you restart Sierra Chart. while i agree internet connection may play a role should not IB and SC still display the same price? regardless of wether that price was accurate or not? I have many instances of SC's data being 2 ticks beyond IB's while not a substantial difference it is costly over the long term |

Not necessarily. These are different data feeds. As we have indicated in the past, if Low Bandwidth Mode is enabled, there should not be any data lag. The bandwidth is greatly reduced.
