Hi SC team, Could you clarify please if SC real-time exchange data may be shared using DTC protocol and/or DTC Sub-instance services (including market depth etc)? In the sticky thread about DTC protocol you mentioned only external data services. In case with external services it works. The same question in regards of using New Instance feature. Thanks! I see no technical reasons why it shouldn't work. This is rather a question concerning your policy. As far as I remember (and it is still in your documentation) in the past one had to subscribe to the 2nd connection at $20 per month to be able to receive SC data on 2 different computers concurrently. Well, sounds good. I have made a payment for additional service balance and tried to sign an agreement for US stocks bundle but for some reason the link redirects me to CME self-certification form on Barchart website instead of expected NYSE-Nasdaq certification page. Please advise. That's not urgent, I'm going to activate SC real-time data and all exchanges I want on Sunday evening or Monday morning. And I think I'd like to have a trial for that particular "US stocks" exchange first. If possible of course. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-04-29 20:20:37

This is correct. Complete through the entire series of questions and agreements.A trial is available for US equities. And do wait until May first before activating.
