Greetings,

We have a custom Sierra3.cfg that we distribute to our members. However we have found that occasionally, there is an newer version of SC that doesn't like the older version os Sierra3.cfg that we provide.

Is there a way for us to know when an SC update is no longer compatible with a previous version's Sierra3.cfg? Release notes? Or does it really vary from update to update?

Thanks for all you do!

Specifically in what way? This does not make sense. There should not be any problem.

Not all of the buttons on the toolbar will load unless I do the following:

- take the Sierra3.cfg and load it into an older version of SC
- update the version of SC to the lastest
- give the Sierra3.cfg to our member for use

Makes no sense and we are intimately familiar with how Sierra Chart works.

We recommend using a current version of Sierra Chart, and providing the users the Sierra3.cfg file from that.

If you notice a problem, give us complete specifics, specific control bar buttons, and we will look into it.
