Hello SC team, I keep getting the following error messages on v.1396 (no problem on v.1395 or earlier) Caught an unhandled exception in c_MainMDIWindow::WindowProc. Message: 273, wParam: 33595, lParam: 0 | 2016-04-18 18:42:02 *
Caught an unhandled exception in c_MainMDIWindow::WindowProc. Message: 273, wParam: 32784, lParam: 0 | 2016-04-18 19:00:59 * There is nothing else in the log indicating any study. The errors occur when I try to close one particular chartbook. I followed the instructions here http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails17.html#h17.1 and the problem still persists in ACS Safe Mode. What should I do next? Thanks. Here is the chartbook. Please just open it and try to close. You should get the following error message Caught an unhandled exception in c_MainMDIWindow::WindowProc. Message: 273, wParam: 32784, lParam: 0
I managed to reproduce the problem on another machine. If there are other chartbooks in SC instance and I try to "Close All Chartbooks", I will get an additional error. This one: Caught an unhandled exception in c_MainMDIWindow::WindowProc. Message: 273, wParam: 33595, lParam: 0
I have also tried to remove some old studies (that I don't really use) from some charts in the chartbook but any attempts to apply the changes make Sierra unresponsive (so, the process can only be killed in Process Explorer).
