Hello,

I'm looking to cancel my direct account, I wanted to test an indicator that used real-time stock data and it didnt work out as I hoped. I'm going back to AMP futures using their Sierra Chart setup and wondering if I can cancel my direct account (not AMP account) here. Would I be prorated for the 24 days left and how do I transfer the funds back into my account?

We see that your Additional Services Balance still has a credit on it. We could transfer that to your AMP account or refund it.

The data feed services are not refundable.

Is there any charges if you send it to my AMP account? I understand the real-time feed is not refundable what about the 24 days left on my package 5, will that be prorated?

There are no charges if we put it on your other account.

But we have to see what amount can be refunded from the 24 days. We have to calculate that.
