Hello I have a fresh installed W7 envisonment and the problem that SC does not start.
I see the dialog where I entered the accountname + password.
It worked once but now I only see "Pending ...".

What can I do.

I allowed SC on the W7 firewall.

If you wait about 30 seconds, do you eventually get an error message displayed? You should.

Or it could be that you have installed Sierra Chart into the "Program Files" folder and the operating system is blocking Sierra Chart from writing to the folder and freezing the process.

In this case do not install Sierra Chart into the Program Files folder.

Thank you, I installed it in "Program Files", that was the mistake.
Can you make a recommendation which files I can move from the old installation to the new so that I do not
have to do all the configurations again, like chart colors, sc settings etc.

I do not need the historic RT data bur would like to use also existing chartbooks etc.

We recommend just moving the entire SierraChart folder to outside of the Program Files Folder.
