I am missing Friday 4/10 data from 05:40 EST to Sunday 4/10 20:00. My intraday chart settings are from 18:00 to 17:00, and days to load set at 14, and yet trying delete and re-download data from 4/8 shows in log:

Have also updated SC, restarted SC, rebooted PC, re-connected feed, reloaded charts, deleted/redownloaded data, nothing.

This worked. I could not get accurate charts until you replied, poor position for a trader to be in.

What changed to cause this/how can I prevent it being an issue during the trading day?

Can you provide some kind of notice when/if this needs to be done?

We do not know why the problem occurred but basically there were incomplete Symbol Settings for one or more symbols affecting the routing of historical data requests.

This problem is occurring again for me, on v1400, and the original instructions above are not resolving it either in the main or sub-instance. This time it is for NGM6 from 4/25 21:25 to 4/26 7:25. There does not appear to be any indication in either log.

We are going to solve the data limitations by the end of the day.

We will not go into details. It is an internal technical problem.

This is not a normal case and is highly unusual. You will not have a problem effective after the close of the market today.

Problem occurring yet again today 5/3/16 on v1403 Rithmic, 6JM6 19:15 to 20:00.

Do I need to go through and check every symbol to make sure it is fixed on each?

Symbol NIY data also seems to not be working. Looks like a different issue.
