Hi SC team, after update to 1392 last week, the data has become re-downloadable. But for some reason I have to re-download intraday historical data for the symbol every morning now. Update to the current version of Sierra Chart. After that, when you notice the problem we need to see the entire Message Log and not a portion of it. There is critical information missing from this log. The problem relates to the historical data delaying which is required by the ICE exchange. Not sure why there is 10 seconds between the delaying of the start of the download, and the starting of real-time market data updates. We have to do some testing. Unless you have an idea?
"Delaying start of download" log messages have been puzzling me for a week now. As well as why there is the difference. Just updated to 1395. I've attached the entire log herein. Apparently 0 records were received for the symbol once again. |
