Sierra Chart Engineering. Hello. I'm running into a problem with my charts since the update to v 1388, per message re: DTC Protocal. The most obvious and important to me at this point is Pivot Points are no longer accurate and the scaling seems to be off. Please advise, thanks in advance.

We do see this problem. It is not related to version 1388.

It is due to the unusual holiday schedule.

What you need to do to solve this is select Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings.

In the Dates to Exclude box enter: 2016-03-25.

You can also use the Pivot Points-Variable Period Study which has the ability to automatically skip periods of time where there is an insufficient amount of trading activity:

Thank you for the reply. This did not resolve the problem. Previously I haven't had to make the manual adjustments your suggesting for market holidays, things always worked as they should. The only coincidental thing is after the update, which I understand you say is not related, I'm suddenly having issues where non existed before.

Also set "Use Saturday Data" input to No with the Pivot Points study.

Time Zone is EST and session times are 18:00 to 17:00 EST. The Saturday setting you mentioned is already no.

Using these exact settings, the Pivot Point lines are correct:
