I am connected with Interactive Brokers but cannot submit orders. It always shows that the order was not acknowledged.

If you submit an order and the Status remains "Order Sent", then contact Interactive Brokers and see what the problem is.

They will be best be able to help you with this than us. We do not know what the solution would be.

They will probably need to see the log files. Here are instructions for that:
