What's a good study that will allow me to compare volume to prior time periods? I hear other traders using TradeStation talk about today being 50% of average daily volume, but I can't get that on SC. I've tried every volume study in SC, and I can't figure out how to compare volume today with previous time periods. Anybody know?

Look at the Relative Volume study: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TechnicalStudiesReference.html#s356 Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Okay, thanks. I had the wrong relative volume study on my chart. There are two, both called "Relative Volume" but one is in the general studies section and the other is in the SC custom study section. It is the latter one that works for true detailed comparisons of relative volume.
