Support & Resistance Zones Disappear

I am using support and resistance zones from emini player (OpenTrader), and today the zones just keep disappearing. If I close SC and reopen, the come back, but in a few minutes they disappear again. Not happening on any other charting platform per the OpenTrader forum, so it must be a SC issue. Any solution?

Something like this would not be an issue with Sierra Chart itself but the custom study. Contact the developer of that study about the problem. The study works perfectly on TradeStation and all other charting programs, just not SC. Everyone is saying it is a unique problem with SC.

It is the responsibility of the developer to take care of this problem. There is absolutely no way we can help with this whatsoever. This is the responsibility of the developer. If the developer does not properly program a study, that is their problem. Not ours. Please do not blame this problem on us. If do not want to accept that fact, then there is nothing more we can do.
