Hi, From reading various threads I have realised that others are having the same issue as myself and waiting for SC version updates which have resulted from issues relating to a particular thread, mainly from a thread they initiated themselves. My suggestion is whether there is an easy way to add a feature where by someone can be notified of a new SC release which can be turned off/on? Maybe if the outcome of a support request will be the release of a new CS version the originator can be subscribed into a 1-off notification triggered by release of the next SC version? Maybe there could be a 2nd button added next to the "FOLLOW" button at the top of a Support Request thread to allow someone to subscribe into a notification triggered by release of the next SC version? This would hand the responsibility over to the user. Otherwise I will keep reloading the Software Update page and periodically check for version updates as I have been doing. Regards |

At least for the moment, there is a new version notice which has been put out to all users.

If these notices are to be sent out for each new version would it be possible to add a comment indicating the "importance" of the update? I run 5 platforms and prefer to update only when there is an issue that is of widespread importance or concerns an item of specific interest to myself. |
