Problem appeared overnight without any changes being made to computer or platform and without rebooting. A Daily TPO/Vol Profile chart started recalculating over and over. I had to delete the chart. Another identical chart that I used to display RTH hours only was unaffected. Copying this chart though to the chartbook results in the new chart recalculating over and over. In addition when any other chart is copied it loads twice rather than once and the period cannot be changed, studies don't work, etc. I updated the platform to the current release, rebooted the computer, still have this issue. Existing charts (except for the one I had to delete) seem to be working fine. Wayne Heath Update: replace problem cht file with last weeks backup and then rebuilt changes. Everything OK but is there a way to fix a corrupted file instead? Wayne Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-03-12 05:56:07

Please excuse but those help topics were reviewed before I submitted the support request and have nothing to do with the issue I was experiencing. But there is no point in wasting our time arguing about it. Thanks for the prompt reply.
