Hello, I was able to create a spread chart between the current Crude oil month and the next month using the Difference (line) study. However, I'm not able to change the spread chart type from line to candlestick, is there a way to do this? I understand the study is called line but I would like change it to match the original chart which is plotted as candlesticks? Thanks, DS

Thanks, but... The Difference (bar) study gives only 1 bar at the right edge of the chart (the current day). I'm looking to get a spread chart in candlesticks for the last 1-2 years of data on a continuous contract chart. I've opened two charts: 1) CLJ6 with 500 days of data, continuous data 2) CLK6 with 500 days of data, continuous data I'm tying to chart the spread between the two using candlestick bars. Thanks.

This is not possible and makes no sense because the historical contracts in these continuous contract charts will be the same contract month, and will have no difference between them. You cannot do a spread between Continuous Futures Contract charts. Only between specific contract months. This is the reason for the problem. hi, i use difference (bar) study, but every candle is the same (green) color. how can i color up-and-down the same as my normal charts, or at least different for higher/lower close
