We are thinking about this. We think we have an idea of a solution. It will be out in the next release coming out tomorrow. For the record, for some reason the TD Ameritrade server is not responding to the requests for the order status for the working orders on your accounts. So about a month ago, I bought a new computer with Win 10 and was getting all these similar error messages. I asked if Win 10 could be the issue, you concluded it was an issue with TD Ameritrade and communicating with them. This week with this TD Ameritrade fix, was that the same issue as before? and now resolved?

This issue is related but it is something that is only happening on the newer versions and in your case to our knowledge. It relates to a change we made for another user to get continuous order status updates. We did not really fix anything with the underlying problem. So you are not seeing any issues with Win 10 then? I figured with it being a newer OS there might be a bug with it. Thanks Tom |

We have not used Windows 10 but in any case we have no other reports of problems with network communication or HTTP communication with Sierra Chart on Windows 10.
