Gap in crude historical chart

My daily crude chart produces price GAP from 9/182015 to 01/19/2016 while on any of the continuation mode. I did once manually contract by contract couple of years back and it worked and now pressed checkmark for automatically to roll over and it made a gap again. It would be good to now how and what to do, I also re downloaded multiple times and even replaced chart itself...
