Show orders and position not working, it was?

I have show orders and position checked, under the trade tab, however the orders executed in the DOM, or waiting to be picked up (stop Loss orders) are not showing in the chart, nothing is. The DOM is trading fine. Earlier today the orders from DOM or from chart trading mode showed up fine in the chart. Now also I checked the chart trade mode on to see if the chart trades would show up and they do however with (chart trade mode on) now I can't execute trades on the chart by right clicking.. This used to work earlier today... Any way to just reset all settings and start over or something...? The trades do show up if I manually enter the trades into the chart window? What is going on here? Also if I check trading chart DOM on, a message says your trading account does not allow this feature. Thanks |

This is too vague for us. Be much more specific about the problem. What do you see or not see?Also if I check trading chart DOM on, a message says your trading account does not allow this feature.

Thanks.. I did figure out how to right click and execute trades from the charts, somehow the list moved to the bottom of the right click list. Still the issue of executing orders from the DOM and having them be displayed on the chart is not working.. I have followed the instructions many times and know how to use the software in that regard. The issue is that it was working earlier in the day and now it is not.. I'm thinking that this is a feature that is only available through the paid subscription and that is fine as long as I know that will solve the problem.. Currently as a free subscription it is not working as the instructions/tutorials say it should.. will there be any issues using replay chart feature (chart history) once I download and uplink (connect data feed) to the new paid service with Transact? I prefer to study chart history this weekend and with the new paid subscription installation I would hate to have things come up without access to customer support.. Should I wait until Monday to upload (connect to date feed) the paid subscription? |

We now recognize that you are referring to an external trading program. Most likely TransAct. Therefore, refer to the information here about this:https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#Trading It is not dependent upon whether you have a direct account or not. But if you do use the Trading DOM within Sierra Chart you will not have this problem. will there be any issues using replay chart feature (chart history) once I download and uplink (connect data feed) to the new paid service with Transact?
Only if your direct account requires activation but that should be done within 24 hours over the weekend.
