Hi, in one chart when i use RR (Reward Risk Tool) the tool doesnt tells me the R/R ratio. I tried to find a solution but i cant find it. I cant figure out how to get the RRR result in the tool, it only shows an X under R/R , when i use it in other charts in the same chartbook or in another the tool works fine so i think is not a program issue.

Could you please help me?
Best regards.

It is NG# in Daily - tick size 0.250000, at first time i tought that may be the time frame could be the problem but i use the same tool on ES# daily - tick size 0.250000 and GC# daily - tick size 0.250000 and it happens only with NG#.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Instead of using the symbols with the #, use only the Continuous Futures Contract feature:

We are no longer providing support for symbols with the #. They still can be used but we do not provide any help when there are problems with them.

You open the chart for the current NG futures contract through File >> Find Symbol and then enable the Continuous Futures Contract feature:
