Regarding the above study, I frequently encounter the issue as seen on the chart in the link below. The bars get pushed down and the data is incorrect. Sometimes I refresh the chart/study and that works but frankly I am not sure what I am doing/not doing that is causing this. It is not clear what you are showing in that chart image. All studies need to be removed from the chart and only the Relative Volume study needs to be there and we need to see the Region Data Line for it.
