Hello, I've just updated SC to version 1366 (New Spreadsheet), before this update I had charts with ES(2) and TICK-NYSE(1) for 400 days in 5 minute charts. After the update I can not change the date range in each chart, respectively I can change the amount of days, but it doesn't work, I can see only range from today to cca beginning of January (2016-02-09 to 2016-01-07). I tried Symbol update, Data service is correct (to SC All services). How should I proceed? Thank you. |

We are looking into this problem now. What you need to do for now is perform a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps After that is done reload the chart with Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.
