tick count very low for SPX500 today - data feed problem?

Hi, I'm connected via SC DATA-ALL SERVICES data feed. However, the tick bars for symbol SPX500 are very low and slow today. The connection appears to be fine. I have redownloaded the data several times but the tick count is way too low for this symbol. (less than 10% of a normal day) Is there a data feed problem? |

I have updated to current version 1366 and redownloaded the data again. I'm still seeing the same issue. I'm seeing less than 10% of the number of tick bars in all my charts for this symbol. |

We are not observing a problem for TICK-SP currently. Tell us the exact symbol of the chart. "SPX500" - I believe it is a CFD symbol I use this symbol in both "NUMBER OF TRADES PER BAR" charts(what I am referring to as 'tick charts' and "DAYS-MINS-SECS PER BAR" charts. |

OK we understand now that you are referring to the SPX500 symbol. We do observe what you are saying but the cause of it is because there are fewer updates being transmitted by FXCM for this symbol.
