3rd machine installation does not work

I have installed sierra on 2 other computers and ran them separately with no problem. I then installed the software on a 3rd computer with all the same settings etc...and it will not open the charts. I am only running one computer at a time. No simultaneous log-ins . I have a free trial package good for another 10 days. If this does not work for 3 systems of mine, then I will have to find another service.
