This is going to be a problem with domain name resolution on your system. A simple solution to this usually is to restart the computer.

Both of these are uncommon to receive.

So it seems safe to say there is a significant connectivity problem between your computer and the CQG server.

However, the first problem relating to DNS, really is a local issue.
