One intrument , two computers, different chart

Hi,

I am using chart from infinity. I observed that in many cases chart with simillar chart settings (continous contract)looks totally different on two computer. Could you fix that bug?

There currently is a missing data problem for the BRN symbol with TransAct.

Once that is solved which will be after the close, re-download the data following these instructions here:

We were mistaken about the missing data. We were looking at the March BRN contract.

We are not totally sure as to the reason for this problem. However, the data has been restored on the servers.

Re-download the current contract in the chart with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

The ICE Exchange has made changes to the rollover rules for this symbol beginning with the April contract.

And that is likely the reason for this problem

Until we can figure this out, you may want to disable the Continuous Futures Contract option for this symbol.

OK, but what is a reason for totally different candle on Live chart? Because this is not related to the ICE changes.
today we have an issue with DAX on 2m chart candle.

Sierra Chart is not the provider of the data feed. In regards to the DAX, refer to help topic 43:

OK, but what is a reason for totally different candle on Live chart?
What do you mean by this? Please be very very specific and provide an image of the chart, and restate your question completely without reliance on prior postings.
