Hi i have just flipped from DTN IQFeed to you guys for my data on CME and ICE. The $35 is saying activated and the 2 exchanges are also green for go! i am not getting any FT data. im connected on the 'SC DATA - All Services' on the DTS window here is my error log: Requesting market depth updates for: CLH16 if supported. | 2016-02-02 12:48:25 SC Exchange Data | Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol: CLH16. Hello, I have the same issue. I am connected to SC DATA . All services, charts are loaded but it is not real time. If I am connected to data feed it loads data, but they are around 10 minutes delayed and then it stops to load again. |
