Dom depth disapeared

starting yesterday the depth on my dom for 6E has mostly vanished, i am only seeing a few bids/asks and it varies constantly, same issue on ES.

The Clear Out Of Order Market Depth Data option is set to true, and the depth issue persists.

You need to disable this by setting it to false. The documentation indicates to change the state of it.

Most likely that is the cause of the problem.

Hi, I have signed up for SC exchange data, must i set the (clear out of order market depth data) back to True?

That particular option is Interactive Brokers specific, so it does not matter how it is set when using the SC Exchange Data Feed.
