Hello Support,

today for the first time i get the following message on my second instance of SierraChart:

SC Data - All Services | Connected to server. | 2016-02-01 09:36:25
SC Data - All Services | Sending Encoding Request to server | 2016-02-01 09:36:25
SC Data - All Services | Setting DTC Encoding to Binary VLS | 2016-02-01 09:36:25
SC Data - All Services | Sending logon request message. | 2016-02-01 09:36:25
SC Data - All Services | Server has requested a logoff. Reason: Limited to one connection per username for the requested data source. | 2016-02-01 09:36:25
Socket (46) | Shutdown and closed. | 2016-02-01 09:36:25

however, i have paid for 2 real time data connection.

please fix the issue asap, i need the data for my trading.

i trade the US market and am waiting for more than an hour.. thats very annoying.

i have two copies of sierra chart running and i pay for two connections - so this should be fine and was fine up until friday last week. the issue started today.

Yes we can see that. We see that you have 2 connections active at this time for both stocks and futures. So this is actually a total of four.

For futures and indices there are 15 symbols and 5 symbols being tracked on the connections.

so, you still need the log? am not sure what the ".. a total of 4" implies.

i have 2 instances running, sure, i track some stocks and futures but this is more like a usual usage, no?

No, we do not need to see the Message Log if there is not a problem at the moment.

The 4 connections are normal in your case.

We have temporarily resolved the problem now. The connections should be working.

There was a software update yesterday which caused this unexpected problem. We are permanently fixing it now.
