Trying To Use 2 Computers With AMP Account

Hello,

I am trying to use 2 computers (workdesk and laptop), I can login fine with the workdesk but having trouble with the laptop. I get the message that I have to contact Sierra Chart for support. Is there anything you can do to allow my account 2 monitors?
