6E Backfill on TT

Like last week (after the Tick size change), again this Monday morning I cannot get backfill 6E on TTNET. I have tried Delete and Download but still no data for Sunday and Monday a.m.

I have this problem this morning as well. Although in my case last week was not an issue.

6E with TTnet via AMP.

The reason for this problem is that the Trading Technologies server is transmitting the Bid and Ask values at 10 times their actual value and this is causing the historical Intraday data in your case to get filtered out.

Disable error filtering as explained here:

And then re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

Thanks for that. I really hope this resolves it. It's been very frustrating and hard to believe that TT could not handle the tick size change properly.
