Hi Support SC Forex data failed for Dow 30 @ 14:50 hrs approx. and is still 30 mins later, any suggestions. Will the data feed be starting again shortly or should I write the day off. Matt PS looks like its just started again with a huge red bar. |

SC-Data services has been going out lately. I lost connection on all my charts more than once today. Is this service reliable anymore? Sending you my message log from today. Thanks for any and all help.

Hi User225841 I only trade the US30, but I have been using SC data for about 20 yrs and probably had brief data problems about once or twice a year. I only use free SC data (CFDs data) I don't know anything about the other data sources. Best Regards Matt

FXCM had some issues earlier today, but we see the data is flowing right now.

The data you are referring to is from FXCM and no FXCM is not entirely reliable. We recommend using the Delayed Exchange Data Feed instead and the NASDAQ Global indexes which are totally reliable.
