Certain FXCM pairs rejecting entry orders

hello,

I keep receiving the following error message when trying to place entry orders on a few fxcm pairs. I receive it on only about half of the pairs fxcm offers, some work some don't, not sure what is wrong.

Trade Order Error - FXCM order update (Rejected). Info: Unsupported Order Type or Field Combination, Invalid currency pair: CHF/JPY, Incorrect security: 0. Internal Order ID: 2667. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: CHFJPY | 2016-01-07 14:39:31 *

This is unusual. We will have to ask FXCM about this.

Can you tell us what Order Type that you used?

Here are the log files requested from today. It was happening while trying to enter using either buy/sell limit and stop orders. Again this only happened for a few of the pairs. Works normally on most such as EURUSD, AUDJPY and EURNZD using the same Trade management orders i have saved in my trade window.
