Trade Window don't detect order to currenex...

Hello, please help me on this:
1.- I sent manually a new market order via Trade Window but after sent order the window show -1000@0.0000 ( This mean dont show the price ).
2.- In Trade Activitity Log show the open order but I can not see it on Trade Window.
3.- I must to change manualy to GUI provide by currenex to close the open order. ( Even SierraChart Trade Window dont detect the order it does appear in GUI provide by currenex.

I am attaching 2 images showing this behavior.
Why the Trade Window dont show/detect the order?
Why show 0.0000 price ?

Do you have the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Use FIX 4.2 Institutional option set to True?

If so, Currenex FIX 4.2 does not provide Trade Position data.


In which case you must use the Order Fill calculated position. Once we confirm you are using that option we will give you further instructions.

Thanks for your quick reply:

1.- Yes, I have "Use FIX 4.2 Institutional" to True.

2.- Must I check with Currenex about dont provide "Trade Position Data"?

3.- Is it "safe " use Order Fill Calculated Position ?

1. Can they provide you a FIX 4.4 account? That will be much more appropriate for an individual user.

2. We do not think it is going to help to ask them about this.

3. Not entirely but there is no other choice if you are using Currenex FIX 4.2.

We will give you documentation for this feature after we have had some time to review it later today.

Its appear its working with " Order Fill calculated", I will to check more trades.
I am using pair trading FXCM on one side and Currenex on another.
