Lost Win 7 system and had to purchase win10. n Transferred data and backups from external drive, can't find them in Vers 1346. Old vers was believe 1334-1st version after discovery of IB rename of 2016 con tracts? All files yields a few of SC tws and dll but no scid files. Same with open chartbooks. Also no settings came over. Never mind--just had to expand the files and copy. Looks like it will work. SO I HAVE EVERYTHING WORKING BUT ALL MY CHARTS ARE STUCK ON WAITING FOR HISTORICAL DATA. I'VWE NEVER SIGNEWD UP FOR HISTORICAL DATA, HAVE MY OWN. HOW DO I GET RID OF IT. IT'S SET TO 10 DAYS BUT HAS BEEN DOWNLOADING FO0R 1/2 HOUR???????????????????? So I never really used it in the past--after the two hours it took to finish, it did download yesterday's volatility which was nice. Sorry, I do get frustrated wioth backup transfer that only ever seems to partially work. I've printed the IB manual and will work on it this weekend. Thank you.
