This morning, I am showing a high of 2000 on my chart from the open, yet Interactive Brokers (my data feed) shows a high of 2001. Can you please explain why, and how I can fix the problem? Thanks very much. |

IB data isn't very good, and I have noticed that when the market moves quickly, it seems like the API doesn't get all the data that the TWS software gets, which is almost more accurate. To fix this, just right click on your chart before this time, and select the "delete and download" option which will reload the data. Also, there was a setting which I used for IB which allowed it to download very accurate data every 5 seconds, so the tops and bottoms of bars should show the highest or lowest tick accurately. I can't seem to find the setting for it now, but perhaps when you get an official reply from Sierra they can comment on this. |

There are two solutions to this. Many thanks User62936. The Delete and download option fixed the problem. Thanks to Engineering too for the True real-time data link. |
