Is it possible to scan a 4H-Chart while referring on daily volume?

Alert condition for example:
- the last 4H candle must exceed a certain size
- the last daily-Volume must exceed a certain value

There are different ways this can be done.

One method is to also open a Historical Daily chart for the same symbol and overlay the volume from it to the 4 Hour chart by using the Study/Price Overlay study.

You will want to link the charts by Symbol, so as you scan them they remain on the same symbol. Here is the documentation for this:

To clarify: my scan conditions on the 4H-Chart are:

=AND((H[-1]-L[-1])>1,V[-1]>7000000)

- the size of the last 4H must be > 1
- the last volume (daily chart) must be > 7000000

How can I refer the volume to the daily chart?

I have created a watch list of all S&P 500 stocks, which I want to scan

We will program a study called Daily Volume which will work similar to the Daily OHLC study. Please give us a few days to have this done.

It will work on an Intraday chart instead of a Historical Daily chart. Referring to a Historical Daily chart when scanning has complications.
