I have a chartbook with 4 charts for 4 different tickers. I have an automated stratgegy that I want to bar based backtest for each symbol. Now I can run the backtest on each chart by clicking on it and starting the backtest in turn. For convenience I want the backtest to run on all the charts as the backtest takes a long time and I would just want to leave it running overnight unatteneded. Note that the charts (and trading systems) are independent. thanks. |

This is not supported. However, you could easily install 4 copies of Sierra Chart on your computer and run a back test on each one. This way if you have a multicore CPU and most likely you do, each one would run on a separate CPU core. This would be very efficient.
